Orders are fulfilled and shipped worldwide byPrintful, Inc. and its logistics partners.
Fulfillment time: 2–5 business days before dispatch.
Estimated delivery: USA 3–6 business days, Canada / Europe 5–10, Rest of World 10–20.
These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak season demand.
Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages from different facilities; tracking numbers will be provided for each.
We are not liable for:
Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
Delivery delays or losses caused by third-party carriers
Customs delays or import taxes imposed by destination countries
If a package is returned to sender due to an invalid address or unclaimed delivery, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
Because all items are made to order through Printful, we cannot accept returns or exchanges forwrong size, color preference, or change of mind. Please review our size guides carefully before purchasing.
If your item arrivesmisprinted, damaged, or defective, contact us atwearegoodpets@gmail.com within30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. After verification, we will arrange a free replacement or refund. No physical return is required.
Claims forlost-in-transit orders must be submitted within30 days of the estimated delivery date.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, reshipping costs must be paid before a replacement is sent.
Unauthorized returns or items sent back without prior approval will not be refunded.
