Return & Exchange Policy

At We Are Good Pets, each product is made to order through our trusted fulfillment partner, Printful. Because all items are custom printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, preference, or incorrect size selection. Please review our sizing guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll replace it at no additional cost.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us atwearegoodpets@gmail.com within30 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once verified, a replacement or refund will be processed promptly. You do not need to return the damaged item.

 

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at wearegoodpets@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We’ll open a claim with our shipping partner and, once confirmed as lost, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.

 

Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages

If the shipping address provided was incorrect or the package was unclaimed and returned to sender, Printful will charge for reshipping.

We can re-ship the order once the correct address is confirmed and the reshipping cost is paid.

Please double-check your address before completing checkout.

Returns and Exchanges for Wrong Size or Change of Mind

Since all products are printed on demand,we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

Please refer to the size guide and product details before placing your order.

If you wish to order another size, you’ll need to place a new order.

Return Address

Returned orders are automatically sent to Printful’s nearest fulfillment center.

Please do not send returns directly to us. Unapproved returns sent to our address or Printful will not be refunded or replaced.

If there’s any problem with your order, please contact us directly at wearegoodpets@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery or estimated arrival.

We’ll review the issue with our fulfillment partner and find the best solution as quickly as possible.

We want every We Are Good Pets order to bring joy. While we cannot process returns for sizing or preference, we’ll always make it right if there’s a problem with quality, printing, or delivery.
